Country Side Living is an Alzheimer's care facility located in Canby, Oregon. Country Side is owned by Erik Berkey who designed the facility for patients with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia.

Alzheimer's Support Meeting Every Month in Canby and Woodburn

Canby, Oregon Alzheimer's Support Group
Meets the third Wednesday of each month from 2-3 PM at the Canby Adult Center. Hosted by Country Side Living. Call Mary at (503) 502-4509 for more information or email. Country Side offers FREE respite care from 1-4 PM for families who attend the support meeting.

Woodburn, Oregon Alzheimer's Support Group
