The care is wonderful. The caregivers really care about the comfort and well-being of the residents. They provide fun, love and affection, and have a great amount of patience. The cleaniness is good considering all the incontinence and spills. The appearance is outstanding - "homey", warm, colorful, comfortable, and cheerful. The staff is excellent. No one is ever too busy to spend time with the residents and family members. Everyone's efforts concerning the individual needs of each resident is greatly appreciated! Thank You!
